You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide does not breach any contractual obligations, including confidentiality agreements with current or previous employers.

You may request that your personal data is updated or removed at any time by contacting us.

Client Terms

By engaging with TargetSearch, you agree that any candidate introductions are provided for recruitment purposes only.

You agree not to directly or indirectly engage or employ any candidate introduced by TargetSearch without prior agreement where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided regarding roles, responsibilities and compensation is accurate and lawful.

TargetSearch does not guarantee the suitability or performance of any candidate. Final hiring decisions and employment contracts are solely between the client and the candidate.

Fees, where applicable, will be agreed separately and confirmed in writing prior to any engagement.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website in any way that may damage, disrupt or impair its functionality or accessibility.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
