Target Search treats every candidate we speak to with the same discretion and professionalism we extend to our clients. This policy sets out what you can expect from us when we approach you, when you approach us, and after any process is complete.

Confidentiality

• Every conversation is treated as confidential from first contact.
• Your CV, background and current employer are never shared without your explicit consent.
• Where we represent you to a client, we discuss the mandate details with you first — and only proceed with your agreement.

How we communicate

• We commit to responding to every enquiry within two working days.
• If you are shortlisted, we brief you thoroughly before every stage.
• If you are not selected at any point, we tell you promptly and give you meaningful feedback.
• We are honest about compensation, culture and reality of the role — not just the promotional version.

Your data

We hold your data on encrypted infrastructure, use it only for the mandate you have consented to, and delete it on request in line with our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time.

After the process

Whether or not you take a role we introduced, we stay in touch on your terms. You can ask us to remove your details, pause contact, or continue the relationship — the decision is yours.
