Our business

Target Search is a London-based executive search firm serving family offices, boards and portfolio companies. Our supply chain is limited: professional services, technology infrastructure and office facilities.

Our commitment

We do not tolerate modern slavery, forced labour or human trafficking in any form. We expect the same standards from our suppliers, partners and any organisation we introduce candidates to. Where we identify concern, we will act.

Due diligence

• We assess all suppliers and partners for compliance with modern slavery legislation before engagement.
• Candidate onboarding includes verification of right-to-work documentation and consent to being represented.
• Concerns can be raised confidentially by contacting our Managing Partner. Every report is investigated.
