## What Target Search does

Target Search is a retained executive search firm. The firm does not operate on a contingent basis. Every mandate is led personally by a named senior partner from initial brief through market mapping, shortlist, offer negotiation, references and onboarding follow-up at 30, 90 and 180 days. Fees are structured across the search — typically one-third at kickoff, one-third at shortlist and one-third on offer acceptance — rather than paid on hire. Every appointment is backed by a 180-day replacement guarantee.
