Target Search is a partner-led firm. Every mandate we accept is owned end-to-end by one of our named senior partners — from initial brief through market mapping, shortlist, offer negotiation and onboarding follow-up at 30, 90 and 180 days. No account managers, no research-desk handovers.

What we believe
Four commitments we hold every mandate to.
- Senior-partner-led. Every mandate has one named partner from brief to onboarding. That partner is accountable, personally, for the outcome.
- Retained, not contingent. We accept a small number of mandates each quarter. Fees are structured across the search, not against a hire — the incentives sit in the right place.
- Discretion by default. Every conversation is confidential from first contact. Principals, clients and candidates are named only where necessary and never in marketing.
- Independent and UK-based. No franchise, no chain, no white-label. Independent London firm serving clients across the UK, Europe, the Gulf and North America.

- Every mandate begins with a written brief and a structured market map.
- On- and off-limits agreements are respected across every client relationship.
- Candidate data is held on encrypted infrastructure. See our Candidate Care Policy and Privacy Policy.
- We publish a Modern Slavery Statement and a DEI Statement. Both are reviewed annually.
- Every retained appointment is backed by a 180-day replacement guarantee.
